EMAIL SUITE UPGRADE | The Task

As Senior Manager of CRM Design and sole email designer for Sears Home Services, I led the email marketing team through two major email suite design upgrades.

Phase I focused on pushing the suite’s design into a contemporary and competitive aesthetic, and taking steps toward making emails accessible.

Across templates, type was resized and contrast was adjusted to meet ADA standards.

Phase II focused on creating a design system for email. It was built on an 8-grid system to ensure uniformity and responsiveness across templates. Further accessibility advancements were made, including optimization for dark mode.
