LEGACY DESIGN | The Problem
The brand’s email aesthetics didn’t match their Visual ID or the U.S. Store’s look
There was no design system in place
They needed an updated email suite that was in line with the vintage-inspired VisID, and incorporated a hint of the store’s sleek, modern look
Email template designs needed to accommodate product auto-population, which occurs frequently in their emails
NEW DESIGN | The Solution
I created a suite that was in line with the VisID, with a nod to the store’s look
I built an email design system, comprised of components, that laid the foundation for a holistic email suite which would ensure uniformity across templates and ease of bulk editing
I accounted for dark mode and accessibility more thoroughly than the legacy suite had
